Clinical Supervision & Professional Development
One of the most rewarding parts of my career has been mentoring the next generation of mental health professionals. Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of supervising graduate interns, training future clinicians, and supporting limited permit therapists as they develop the confidence and clinical skills needed for independent practice.
I created Clinical Therapy For All with the belief that quality mental health care begins with well-trained clinicians. Clinical Therapy For All partners with behavioral-health organizations seeking experienced LCSW supervision for clinicians and interns. Services may include individual and group supervision, case consultation, diagnostic and treatment-planning support, documentation review, risk assessment, and clinician development.
My supervision style is collaborative, supportive, and rooted in evidence-based practice. I strive to create an environment where supervisees feel safe asking questions, challenging themselves, and growing both professionally and personally.
Supervision may include:
Clinical case consultation
Diagnostic formulation and differential diagnosis
Treatment planning and goal development
Evidence-based interventions (CBT, Behavioral Activation, EMDR-informed practice, ERP, trauma-informed care)
Ethics and professional decision-making
Documentation and progress note review
Risk assessment and crisis intervention
Cultural humility and culturally responsive care
Working with children, adolescents, adults, and families
Building therapeutic rapport and strengthening clinical confidence
Professional identity development and preventing burnout
I welcome opportunities to work with:
Graduate counseling and social work interns
Limited Permit Mental Health Counselors (LMHC-LP)
Limited Permit Master Social Workers (if applicable)
New clinicians seeking additional consultation
Schools and agencies looking for clinical consultation or professional development
My Philosophy
Clinical competence extends beyond mastering theories and interventions. It involves learning how to think critically, practice ethically, remain culturally responsive, and build authentic therapeutic relationships.
My goal is not simply to help supervisees meet licensure requirements. It is to help them become clinicians who provide thoughtful, compassionate, and evidence-based care throughout their careers.
